Becareful When Visiting Malaysia

Your entry data to Malaysia can be erased by some idiot and you might land into trouble or even worst....you might be killed like Altantuya Shaarigu:

Read the details below, in my opinion those scapegoat really sucks! Dare to kill for money and in the end they landed in jail.

AFP, KUALA LUMPUR
Thursday, Nov 09, 2006, Page 5
A top political analyst close to senior politicians was detained for five days as part of a police investigation into the abduction and murder of a French-trained Mongolian model, his lawyer said yesterday.

"I had a short interview with Abdul Razak Baginda this morning at the court and I am relieved to hear that he is in no way involved in the abduction or murder," Shafie Abdullah said. "He is being investigated for the abduction and murder. Abdul Razak is being detained for five days until Sunday."

"He pleads innocence," he said, adding Abdul was picked up by police on Tuesday.

Abdul Razak is the executive director of the Malaysian Strategic Research Center, a leading private think tank in Malaysia, and provides regular commentary on the ruling United Malays National Organization (UMNO).

Shafie said Abdul Razak knew the Mongolian women, identified as 28-year-old Altantuya Shaariibu. She was believed to have been murdered and her remains blown up with an explosive, Bernama news agency reported late on Monday.

Three members of the Malaysian police force who were arrested for alleged involvement in the murder were also brought to court yesterday, but no further details were available.

Bernama on Tuesday said an affair had resulted in the Mongolian model having a baby this year.

Shafie also said Abdul Razak knew one of the policemen detained in the investigation.

Malaysian police conducted a search and found skeletal remains of Altantuya, who was shot and her body blown to bits near Subang Lake dam, west of the capital Kuala Lumpur, the Star newspaper reported on Tuesday.

It said Altantuya came to Malaysia on Oct. 6 with her sister and cousin is search of financial help for her sick child from a "a political analyst" whom she said was her husband.

On Oct. 19 she had received a telephone call to meet him at his house, the Star said.

But when she reached the house, she was seized by several men, pushed into a car and driven away, the newspaper reported.

Her sister and her cousin, who last heard from Altantuuya on the night of Oct. 19, subsequently lodged a police report.

Inspector-General of Police Musa Hassan vowed there would be no cover-up.

Roti Prata now 70 cents

Malaysia.

The ministry has annouced to boycott vendors who hike up the roti prata price, it used to be 60 cents and now 70 cents each. The ministry is not helping much, their move isn't right and lame. They must do more concrete action. Telling us to boycott doesn't stop the vendors from raising the price.

If I were to look for a cheaper roti prata in the next few blocks away from my place the petrol itself isn't worth it. So even the vendor hiked the price I have no choice to buy them when the crave for roti prata comes because I don't want to lost more money on the petrol.

How I wish the ministry could react smarter than this. Pulling off vendors license or impose RM500.00 fine would be good. You have to be strict or they will climb your head.

What is roti prata, click below:

Thank you for the support

We thank you for your support.

We are new in the scene, so many competitors out there that have been around for donkey years. There's no way, absolutely no way for us to emerge and be noticed easily without support from bands like FWB!

We believe the media and artiste needs each other, side by side; it's like ebony & ivory.

We are working very hard to get visitors to our site, and we hope those visitors care to take a look at what we have to offer.

Our effort seems to move on very positively. Yes, we admit we didn't get much support locally except for FWB, VrykoBlast, Lanun, Osairis, Zamurai, Punchline and few others (sorry we couldn't remember the rest at the moment)... but we are proud that each day we receives over 200 - 250 visitors per day to our new site. There was once when it reaches 480 visitors. And 15 - 25 new visitors every day...all these effort were done....(we don't know how that had happened)...but we are very agressive in MySpace.com.

We are also proud that due to our tight budget, we do not care to submit our site to any company to promote our site to please the search engine spiders! But yet, we did it! For a young site like us 200 visitors per day is superb, rest assured that the visitors came from USA, Norway, UK, japan, India, Taiwan, etc...and something funny just happened, guess what? The highest visitors now came from Singapore - each day almost 90 visitors from the Hellion city. Malaysia came second; about 60 visitors and the rest came from the rest of the world.

Our weakness is we didn't link to other related sites. We will improve on this. By linking to others our ranking will arise and search engine spiders just luv this! We are exhausted at the moment :)

Our latest on going project is the Guitarist Dominion which will featured guitarist that we feel deserves some attention. I'm truely honoured that the response is overwhelming. So far no top10 guitarist has responded, but that doesn't matter. We don't cater so much about the top people, we cater more to the 'unheard' and the 'unseen'. You guys will love to find out about those guitarist from Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, USA, UK, India, Taiwan, etc....

Okay, we'll see whose left behind!

Right after this, we gonna have the Bassist Dominion and drummers too!

Thank you for all the support! Keep on rocking!!!

Finally I got some visitors

My humble site begin to get more visitors each day. Thanks to some internet marketing gurus for their advice. If any of you who are so dissapointed with the kind of traffic you get from your web site try to work a little harder; go to MySpace.com and socialise. Soon,(but not so soon) you'll be rewarded. At least it's much better than submitting your site to those company who claim you will get thousands of visitors - but no buyer. Do not fall into their trap, please becareful when dealing with such company.

I'm just glad I listened to those gurus. Always listen, listen and listen....

My Neighbour Was Broken Into

My neighbour bought the property a year ago but has not move in yet. Few days ago their front sliding windows was smartly force opened. The burglars took away his aluminium sink and tap and made their way out from the back door. Their windows and doors wasn't installed with iron grills.

If you already bought a property in Johor Bahru, it's wise to install iron grills right after you got the keys from the developer, don't delay or you will be the victims of break in.

Facts; both my immediate neighbours' front sliding window were forced broken. One of them found out that the 3 sliding doors missing before moving in. Incredicle isn't it?

Unqualified Doctors?

This incident happened to my cousin in Johor Bahru. He was needed to take blood sample and was attended by a young doctor who had just graduated from one medical school. The doctor was reluctant to extract his blood so the nurse had to do it. My cousin wasn't happy with that and told me about it.

Then I found out from my wife that a nurse ever told her that doctors can opt not to take that particular blood extracting lesson while they were in medical school; now I see the reason. I don't blame the doctor.

Talking about doctors, I just like to warn whoever reading this that there are people out there trying to take advantage of the situation.

They are hiring unregistered doctors and mere medical assistants to man the clinics, which usually operate round-the-clock just to make money.

So far, one such clinic operator in Shah Alam is awaiting trial, while five cases – two each in Selangor and Johor and one in Negri Sembilan – are being investigated.

15 Minutes From Singapore to Home? - Bullshit!

I saw a huge advertising banner, the length almost the size of a basketball court. It stated something like this "I can reach home within 15 minutes from Singapore". The developer might be right, they might refer that when the road is empty and sure you can reach that destination within minutes but unfortunately the traffic in Johor Bahru shows no mercy most of the time.

Please, use your brain when buying home. Don't fall into the trap of an evil copy writing.

Malaysia’s website ‘a model of e-tourism’

KOTA KINABALU: Malaysia's tourism website has been described as a model of e-tourism by a United Nations body.

“One only needs to look at the Government of Malaysia tourist website to appreciate the value and relevance of e-tourism for a modern economy,” United Nations Conference Trade and Development (UNCTAD) secretary-general Dr Supachai Panitchpakdi said yesterday.

He said the superb display of marketing graphics and designs directing visitors immediately to separate portals for consumers and business travellers was excellent.

“Relevant information is available at one’s fingertips. This is the marvel of e-tourism, a dramatic demonstration of the burgeoning partnership between technology and the travel industry,” he said when opening the UNCTAD conference.

The Malaysian tourism website at www. tourism.gov.my gets an average of 12.3 million hits a month.

Above was reported by The Star. Well, that's not everything, you can have 666 million hits a day but if the tourism board fails to better its' role all effort will melt down to zero.

Here are the details, even the Tourism Minister isn't helping much of the situation.

The Price for Being Famous

Siti Nurhaliza is one of the most famous artist in Malaysia. I recently visited an open source site which specially highlighting her, strange enough that site turns ugly and horrible with lots of cursing and calling her by names.

I don't fancy Siti, I begin to dislike her after I heard she's raring to meet her fans somewhere in Kuala Lumpur on a horse carriage just like a Cindarella. I got annoyed with that - I don't kow why. It's definitely not jealousy, I'm a man and married, so if you judged I'm jealous ...then you're wrong!

I don't hate her, just dislike her, that's all. I wouldn't call her by names, coz that's way too much.

Being famous is not easy, one can be the target of hatred and you can kiss good bye to your privacy. Do you think it's worth it?

Everything Comes With A Price

Human know evil is their enemy. But no matter how careful they can be it's just nature that they will fall into evil's trap. Some even make deals with the devil, but I know ...at certain degree human just can't take it anymore that fate is not on their side ... disappointment, frustration, anger leads them to go against the rules.

At least I can accept all that excuses, but I can't take GREED as an excuse. Some rich dude has got almost everything which an average guy like me don't posses. They are willing to kill for lust, money and hell I don't know whatelse.

Then I realised, if I were to be in their position, I'll be just like them. So I thank God. I'm being myself.

Everything comes with a price you have to definitely pay.

Malaysia - Slave Labour

KUALA LUMPUR: Wednesday March 14, 2007. Police rescued 16 Malaysian youths who were forced to “beg” for donations after they responded to advertisements promising well-paying jobs.

The youths were kept under constant guard in two places – an apartment and a house – after they finished “work” and were not allowed to make telephone calls. They were given only instant noodles to eat almost daily by the syndicate holding them.

They were rescued after The Star informed Ampang Jaya OCPD Asst Comm Amer Awal that one of the youths had managed to send an SMS to his family for help. - The Star.

I'm so glad they were rescued. These syndicate should be punished in weight with their sins! Deceiving people who are willing to work clean is unacceptable.

Malaysia Bank Account, the Simple Way

Simple tips to open a bank account without supporting document in Malaysia.

It was frustating when I approached the receptionist, as a foreigner they won’t allow me to open any account without any supporting document.
I came home and go through their policies in the internet. I found something very interesting, actually I should have requested to make an appoinment with the manager if I didn’t have any supporting document.
The receptionist won’t tell you all these, maybe they are not trained, they are told to do so, or.....they just can’t be bothered.
After much homework. I called the manager, set an appointment, brought along my phone bill with my Malaysia address and bang! All done within 30 minutes.
So if any of you foreigner who are in need to open an account with the bank in Malaysia please do your homework. Don’t bush around with the receptionist or anyone else - call the manager and be nice. That’s it!

Another Mike Tyson

Yeo Lai Hing told the pressmen he would kick them if they continued snapping his pictures as he was being led into the court lock-up along with the accused in other cases.

Yeo, a Singaporean with permanent resident status here, claimed trial to voluntarily causing grievous hurt to Amil Hamzah, 36, by biting off half his right ear at a coffeeshop in Jalan Taman Free School here at 2.45pm on March 5 as reported.

We don't need another Mike Tyson. I hope this got nothing to do with Singapore vs Malaysia. Is it enough that both government always disagree with political matters ...may that virus stop - it should not spread to the people.

Good Brain - Good Food

A bakery near my home just opened. Looking very stylish, I thought it's own by Chinese who usually are entrepreneurs but in the end I found out that it's own by Malay and it's Halal.

So, what is the definition of Halal? Click here.

My family and I now have something for a change just in case we need to, instead of the usual mee goreng, nasi padang, etc....we now can have Halal pie and some good light stuff from the bakery.

No Brain - No Shame

Kuala Kangsar - Malaysia. Six passengers of a Taiping-bound express bus were killed when it plunged into a ravine outside the Menora Tunnel along the North-South Expressway yesterday. The bus driver lost control and the bus turned turtle down a five-metre deep slope near Kampung Rambai Tujuh.

If you ever experience driving in Malaysia, you won't be surprise how this could happened. Most bus driver in Malaysia are impatient, they can tail you few inches from your back even in the first lane which they shouldn't be in the first place.

No brain - no shame.

Plane Crash Again

I hate to see this but it keep on coming. So many had crashed and yet the government in silence - not effective. 100 people made a dramatic escape from an Indonesian jet 7.3.2007 after it crashed on landing and exploded in a ball of flame killing at least 21 passengers who were trapped inside.

Their transportation minister should have step down many years ago especially when a chaotic train accident happened in 2002. I was living in Padang, Sumatera Barat at that time.

Search Live in Johor Bahru

Mungkin selera dah berubah, kalau dulu Amy pakai seluar ketat aku pun ikut, rambut pun rock hantu ler.....kalau dulu Battle of The Bands perform kat Johor sanggup aku pergi semasa duduk di Sigapore, kini gig diadakan dekat dgn rumah pun aku tak terpanggil.

Dah lama tak pakai seluar ketat,...jadi stim pun dah hilang.

Singaporean Terrible Too

Spotted a car with Singapore registration number parked near a money changer near the immigration this afternoon in Johor Bahru. By right, they shouldn't parked there but selfishness leaded them to that. I gave them a few honk as I was stucked behind them, not only me there were few others stucked just because of them.

There were occassion where a Singapore car had caused obstruction that created many angry drivers. Singaporean too are traffic offenders, but I don't think they dare to do it at home,....maybe it is because they look lowly on the Malaysian Traffic Police?

Horrible Drivers in Malaysia

Road traffic accidents ranked among the top three in the world and easily qualifies as another form of violence which is neglected.

I saw three road accidents this morning which occured in different location on my way sending my kids to school. One, near Taman Universiti (Johor Bahru) involving 4 vehicles sandwiched to one another - horrible, the other two accidents occured near by was quite minor but still categorised horrible to me.

I observed, many Malaysian are terrible drivers regardless of race language or religion. If you happened to visit Singapore, drop by Johor Bahru which isn't that far. You don't have to go further in Johor Bahru, just a few metres from their immigration you can see lots of traffic rules destroyed.

Web Site Jual Hantu

Lima nombor telefon disediakan.

Is Johor Bahru Really That Bad?

Many have been said about this city. Visitors still flock in especially from the neighbour, Singapore. Besides visitors, Singaporean also invest. The crime rate is alarming; compare to the rest of the states in Malaysia Johor is the king.

Lee Kuan Yew; the senior mentor minister of Singapore, ever Malaya’s biggest fan, described Johor as “notorious for shootings, muggings and carjackings,” as readable in Asiaweek. He got blasted for that statement of course, and quickly apologized. Details here ... blasted!

Whatever happened, Singaporean still buying home, shopping, indulge themselves with the food galore, visits Johor as though nothing had happened. It's strange.

Going to Hell

This happened in Singapore in a shopping mall but Singapore's figure is not alarming compare to Japan and some other country. It's amazing how one can just take away their life just like that. Perhaps there's something that I couldn't understand?
